Fusion Boutique was established by Charity Mirow as a boutique agency driven by a passion for sourcing, presenting and promoting national and international bands and live music events with a diverse range of genres, and a big focus on our local talent.
Charity has been booking, promoting and running live music and entertainment events in the Blue Mountains since 2009.
Special attention is placed on regional development and the reinvigoration of our existing spaces and the creation of new live entertainment venues.
For just under 5 years Charity co-ordinated and promoted the entertainment roster for Katoomba RSL Club, as well as managing all aspects from event specific production, ticketing, stage and crowd management, door staff and post event settlement.
She is proud of her part in developing a successful venue, the branding and communications and raising the profile of the Club.
Since 2013 she has also worked in conjunction with the Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase in the Blue Mountains for a number of years. Other associations have included the Canberra Comedy Festival, Mountains Comedy Mayhem, The Blue Mountains Elvis Festival and some involvement as a venue with the annual Blue Mountains Music Festival of Folk, Roots and Blues.
Charity is also extremely pleased to have handled the Multimedia & Publicity/Promotions for the annual Blue Mountains Winter Magic Festival from 2013-2016 (the largest community arts and music event in the Blue Mountains) as well as being part of the organising committee.
Charity was also a committee member and adviser on the inaugural 2018 Katoomba Live And Local micro festival funded by Create NSW & the Live Music Office and co-coordinated the 2018 Katoomba Solstice Festival.
As well as curating and producing the LOVE LOCAL LIVE live streaming series in 2020 on behalf of Blue Mountains City Council which due to the overwhelming popularity of the first series, a 2nd series of the project was also presented.

Experience a unique Fusion Boutique concert in a range of venues
A Fusion Boutique event takes into consideration the whole experience. An inviting environment is created, the standard of music presented is of the highest level and audiences can be assured of quality every time.
By creating an intimate ‘listening space’ dynamic for the ticketed shows, the audience is encouraged to have respect for the creative process of the performances and guests are treated to an exclusive connection with the artists.
Fusion Boutique has become known for both the high calibre of curated performances organised as well as the unique experience of shows held in intimate, atmospheric, and non-traditional settings. Many events are presented in family friendly spaces making them highly accessible to a larger age range in the community.
Our events are held in a range of venues chosen for their appropriateness for each performer. Fusion Boutique’s programming demonstrates that our region can offer a terrific range of performing arts, as well as unique historic venues and local businesses.
These carefully curated live music experiences mean that local audiences no longer need to travel to Sydney to enjoy quality events and our events provide artists with greater respectful opportunities. Unique Blue Mountains events also make an important contribution to increasing overnight tourism to our region.
Why not consider a weekend away in the Blue Mountains?
Come and see why the Blue Mountains is considered “The City of Arts”
The majority of our events are presented in venues with in house accommodation, or are located a short stroll away from a wide variety of accommodation options. Katoomba in particular is a hotspot for live music with a large range of venues in the CBD in which we organise and run live music.
The Blue Mountains is widely known for its fabulous views and bushwalks but there is much more to be discovered, including a terrific range of accommodation, galleries, food options as well as coming to experience one or more of our unique live music events!
Some reasons to come and enjoy a Fusion Boutique event:
• Fusion Boutique accepts ServiceNSW ‘Parents NSW’ vouchers
• Pre-sale tickets are discounted so if you book early you can save even further
• The live music that is programmed is original, unique and not just the mainstream
• Performing artists are quality, talented, virtuosos and high calibre local, national and international acts
• Artists are specifically curated to be complimentary to the venue and audience
• Intimate spaces mean a unique up close and personal experience of the performances
• Dedicated “listening spaces” for ticketed shows with quality sound and care ensure respect for the performances and fellow guests and a tangible quality listening experience
• A Fusion Boutique event is about the total “experience” often involving dressing the rooms and setting the floor plan for greater viewing and listening experiences
• Venues selected are often historic buildings and unique spaces or full conversions i.e. a performance space is created in a non-live music venue
• There are a large range of open entry shows particularly in family friendly formats
• Join other music appreciating guests and be a part of a respectful community in safe environments
• Listening to live music promotes mental and physical health and well-being
Most Fusion Boutique concerts do sell out so make sure that you don’t miss out and pop on to our upcoming concerts page to secure your pre-sale tickets today!
